Eagle Eye Power Solutions is looking for a Product Manager – Load Banks to take ownership of a growing portfolio of AC, DC, and next-generation load bank solutions. From utility substations to data centers, your work will directly support the reliability of the infrastructure the world depends on.

This role blends market insight, technical understanding, and commercial strategy. You’ll connect customer needs with product direction, helping shape solutions that perform in the most demanding environments.

What You’ll Own:

Build the Strategy

• Drive the direction of our load bank product lines 
• Shape product roadmaps and bring new ideas to life 
• Turn customer challenges into clear product opportunities 

Stay Close to the Market

• Get immersed in utilities, data centers, and critical power environments 
• Track trends in backup power, commissioning, and system validation 
• Keep a sharp pulse on competitors and emerging technologies 

Enable Sales to Win

• Equip Sales teams with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to succeed 
• Help position solutions for real-world applications like data center commissioning 
• Support pricing strategy and identify growth opportunities 

Bring Products to Life

• Work alongside Engineering and manufacturing partners to develop new solutions 
• Play a key role in product launches and go-to-market execution
• Ensure what we build aligns with what the market actually needs 

Drive Results

• Contribute to forecasting, pipeline visibility, and product performance 
• Support growth initiatives and long-term business planning 

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus 
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Sales, or a related role 
• Experience with AC or DC load banks is highly valued 
• Background in utilities, data centers, or critical power environments preferred 
• Familiarity with commissioning or backup power systems (generators, PDUs, etc.) is a plus 

Working Conditions: 

• You’re comfortable in both technical and commercial conversations 
• You can take complex ideas and turn them into clear direction 
• You collaborate well across teams and know how to move work forward 
• You’re organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities 
• You enjoy getting in front of customers and are open to approximately 20% travel
• This role is primarily based in Mequon, WI with flexibility for a hybrid work arrangement
