Role Summary

As a Product Manager III, you will play a critical role in shaping and modernizing restaurant technology products that directly support frontline operations and customer experiences. You will define product strategy, drive execution, and deliver digital solutions that improve efficiency, enhance user experience, and support business growth.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineering, UX, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable product initiatives. You will manage product backlogs, track performance metrics, and continuously refine solutions to maximize value and impact.


Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy aligned with business goals and user needs

• Translate customer insights and operational requirements into clear product roadmaps and priorities

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to deliver high-value features efficiently

• Partner with engineering, UX, and stakeholders to deliver product enhancements and new capabilities

• Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate product performance and guide decision making

• Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives

• Simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and drive informed decisions

• Act as a liaison across teams to ensure alignment, communication, and successful product delivery


Key Requirements

• 3 to 5 plus years of experience in digital or agile product management

• Bachelor’s degree required MBA or advanced degree preferred

• Experience supporting retail, restaurant, or e-commerce platforms

• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and analytics or wireframing platforms

• Strong ability to translate customer needs into product features and user experiences

• Demonstrated analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions

• Experience working in agile environments and leading cross-functional teams

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
