Location: Englewood, CO (Hybrid – 4 days onsite/ 1 day remote)

Contract Duration: 8 month contract

Overview

A leading enterprise organization is seeking a Senior Product Manager (Product Manager III) to drive business convergence, website consolidation, and merger integration initiatives within a Digital Experience organization.

This role will focus on aligning digital platforms across Small Business and Mid‑Market

customer segments, ensuring feature parity, and leading customer migration to a

unified portal. The Product Manager will also play a key role in supporting

merger and acquisition efforts, including customer integration for newly

acquired businesses.

digital transformation tied directly to growth and merger strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Lead digital product strategy for business convergence initiatives
• Drive feature parity across Small Business and Mid‑Market customer portals
• Define and execute website consolidation and customer migration strategies
• Support merger and acquisition efforts, including digital integration planning
• Partner closely with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Data, and Business teams
• Develop and communicate product roadmaps, migration plans, and success metrics
• Present strategy updates and recommendations to Senior leaders and executives
• Balance near‑term delivery with long‑term cap & grow digital strategies
• Navigate ambiguity and drive alignment across complex stakeholder groups

What You Bring

• 7+ years of Product Management experience on large‑scale digital platforms
• Proven experience supporting or leading mergers and acquisitions
• Demonstrated success consolidating multiple websites or portals into a unified experience
• Strong strategic thinking paired with hands‑on execution
• Ability to self‑manage and operate independently in fast‑moving environments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience working across large, matrixed organizations

Nice to Have

• Direct experience leading website migration and consolidation initiatives
• Background in cap & grow strategies within large enterprises
• Experience converging digital experiences across different customer segments
• Familiarity with AI tools for product management
• Telecom or complex B2B product experience

This is a Contract position based out of Englewood, CO.

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $75.00/hr.
