Within Merchant Services, the Payments and Commerce Solutions team is responsible for building an evolving suite of new omni-channel products and services that will power millions of businesses globally, especially mid-market and above clients. Coupled with J.P. Morgan's comprehensive banking capabilities and global reach, these innovative and commerce-oriented growth initiatives will continue to differentiate us from other banking and FinTech competitors and help provide merchants a single node to commerce innovation.
The Vice President, Commerce Plugins-Partnerships role is key towards this vision. You will build and execute partner strategy for omni-channel solutions in tight coordination with the Partnership Team, with a focus on plugins to extend functionality for merchants and consumers for better customer journeys and payments flows to make the entire commerce experience richer. The goal is to build a wide library of e-commerce and Point-of-Sale plugins with rich features in order to speed up merchants integration and make our full stack omni-channel solution stand out. Partnerships in this context is nonlinear, meaning: 2+2 > 4.
We are looking for a senior product manager to help lead this effort. You will scale our commerce partners by launching products that solve some of the core problems plaguing the fragmented retail-payments industry. This is a high visibility role with direct impact on revenue and requires working with cross functional stakeholders to set & align the strategic direction of the partner collaborated product and go-to-market. You will manage the build of plugins from 0 to 1, iterate and grow the joint solution reach commercially and technically. Ideal candidate has experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
