  • Close collaboration with decision scientists, data engineers, software engineers and designers.
  • A highly visible role that directly influences strategic business decisions through data-driven products.
  • An environment that values experimentation, measurable outcomes, and continuous improvement.

Experience of the right candidate:

  • Minimum seven (7) years of product management experience within technology-driven data, analytics, or software products.
  • At least two (2) years leading cross-functional, agile teams in a matrixed organization.
  • Proven experience managing the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-driven, analytics, or decision science products.
  • Strong ability to translate complex statistical models and technical concepts into actionable business outcomes and user-facing features.
  • Familiarity with statistical/ML concepts, forecasting, optimization, and data visualization.
  • Hands-on experience querying and analyzing data using tools such as SQL and Python.
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity and influence stakeholders across levels.
  • Demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive, collaborative team culture.

Responsibilities of the right candidate:

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for a new AI and decision science product.
  • Define product strategy and multi-release roadmaps, translating user insights and market analysis into prioritized backlogs and clear success metrics.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, data engineering, UX) to scope solutions, run experiments and prototypes, and deliver high-quality releases.
  • Translate complex AI and analytical capabilities — including AI agents, knowledge retrieval, forecasting, and optimization — into intuitive user experiences and impactful business tools.
  • Integrate user research, usability testing, and evolving AI capabilities into product requirements while championing measurable success through defined KPIs and OKRs.
  • Guide testing and evaluation efforts, including AI evaluations, software testing, and A/B experimentation, to ensure accuracy, reliability, and business value.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders, clearly communicating roadmaps, trade-offs, and results through compelling, data-driven narratives.
  • Partner with enterprise data stakeholders to unlock new data domains and enable scalable, technology-enabled analytics solutions.
