The OpportunityNutanix is seeking a Product Management Intern to join our Infrastructure & Security Solutions organization for Summer 2026. This is a full-time, 8-week internship with start dates beginning June 15, 2026, depending on availability.
This is a hybrid internship, with interns working from our San Jose, CA office 2–3 days per week.

About the TeamThe Infrastructure & Security Solutions team is responsible for Nutanix’s core software infrastructure and security platforms, including:
Nutanix AHV compute platform
Nutanix Flow networking and microsegmentation
Nutanix AOS, NUS, and External Storage
Cloud-native data and networking solutions such as CN-AOS, NDK, and CN-Flow
Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery solutions
Full-stack security solutions, including NDL
As part of the Core Operating Systems organization, this product management team delivers foundational platforms that power traditional virtualized workloads, cloud-native applications, and emerging AI-driven environments at global scale.
Your RoleAs a Product Management Intern, you will:
Gain first-hand experience shipping enterprise-grade B2B infrastructure and security products
Contribute to initiatives that impact industries such as finance, healthcare, federal, and insurance
Help shape and optimize infrastructure platforms (e.g., AHV and Flow) that support AI Factories and next-generation AI workloads
Build exposure to cloud-native platforms, distributed systems, and security solutions
Assist in defining, validating, and testing new capabilities across the core NCI stack and unified storage portfolio
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and other PMs
Build lasting professional relationships across Nutanix
Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s in computer science or a related field.
Experience: Product management experience is highly preferred but not required.
Coursework: Product Management coursework is highly preferred (university courses, MOOCs, online courses, etc.).
Technical Skills: Previous experience in basic scripting languages and a baseline in coding skills.
Communication: Strong writing skills and the ability to clearly convey messaging.
Portfolio: Demonstrable projects or products that incorporate vision, prioritization, and technical solutions.

The pay range for this position at the commencement of employment is expected to be between USD 36 and USD 60 per hour.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into the office at least 2-3 days per week. However, specific roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Your manager will provide additional team-specific guidance and norms.
