Product Engineer

Job Description

• Support development and productization of high-voltage DC and RF power supply systems used in semiconductor equipment
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and suppliers on New Product Introduction (NPI) and system integration
• Design, qualify, and maintain test fixtures, calibration processes, and validation methods
• Drive reliability engineering (DFR, accelerated life testing, Weibull analysis) and resolve complex system issues
• Lead supplier quality activities, including audits, RCCA, and process improvements
• Support system troubleshooting, installation, and field issues with up to 20% travel

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in power electronics (DC/RF), analog systems, and PCBA design/manufacturing
• Strong experience in semiconductor equipment or advanced manufacturing environments
• Hands-on knowledge of RF/DC testing, validation, and test fixture development
• Experience with quality systems, SPC, and product lifecycle/NPI processes
