Quest Search & Selection are currently looking for a Procurement Technology Implementation Lead to join a rapidly growing procurement tech scale-up business. Combining cutting-edge AI technology with deep procurement expertise, the company helps organisations simplify sourcing, improve compliance, and unlock measurable commercial value.


As a Procurement Technology Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the successful onboarding and implementation of new customers onto the platform. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you will manage end-to-end implementation projects and ensure a seamless customer experience. You will combine strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills with a solid understanding of procurement processes.


Duties & Responsibilities for this Procurement Technology Implementation Lead role:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation and onboarding of new customers, from project kick-off and discovery through to go-live and transition into business-as-usual support.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation journey, ensuring a seamless experience and driving successful adoption of the platform.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including procurement leaders, technical teams, data specialists, change managers, and supplier enablement teams..
  • Proactively manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables, identifying and resolving issues before they impact project outcomes.
  • Monitor project scope, commercial agreements, and budgets, managing change requests effectively while identifying opportunities to enhance customer value through additional services.
  • Produce and present clear project updates, dashboards, and performance reports to senior stakeholders, providing visibility of progress, risks, and overall implementation health.


To be successful in this Procurement Technology Implementation Lead role:


  • 3–8 years' + experience delivering procurement technology & digital transformation projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading end-to-end software implementation projects,
  • You must have experience within procurement, source-to-pay, or enterprise technology solutions.
  • Hands-on experience implementing procurement or ERP platforms such as Ivalua, Coupa, SAP Ariba (Buying & Invoicing), Oracle Fusion, or similar enterprise systems is essential.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, sourcing, supplier management, and procure-to-pay best practices.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments, with the ability to adapt project approaches to meet changing business and customer requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing priorities, timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage and influence individuals at all levels.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, MCIPS, or equivalent qualifications would be highly advantageous.
