The Procurement Systems & Analytics Manager is a key partner for the Americas Strategic Sourcing team. This role will evaluate data to generate reports and strategic insights to drive the Americas Strategic Sourcing KPIs. Full engagement and relationship with Sourcing Manager (SM) teams to complete all ad hoc requests. Support successful Large Program execution, sourcing analysis, and supplier performance improvement initiatives. Work with the Strategic Sourcing team on various procurement projects and be viewed as a strong project facilitator by Strategic Sourcing Leadership. Additionally, the ability to work independently with at times with minimal direction in a fast-paced, often high-stress environment.

- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources (Oracle, SnowFlake) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations (e.g., Power BI) to track KPIs and Strategic Sourcing performance.
- Conduct deep-dive trend and root cause analyses to identify improvement opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with functional teams (Procurement, Operations, Finance, Sales) to define metrics, design reports, and automate recurring analyses.
- Use statistical and predictive analysis to support Large Program successful execution, Supplier performance improvement, and Sourcing goals.
- Continuously improve data pipelines and data integrity, working closely with IT and system owners.
- Prepare and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in clear, business-focused terms.
- Identify automation opportunities and implement self-service analytics tools to empower users and reduce manual reporting.
- Perform business process analysis and own the design and improvement of new and existing tools and processes to support business decisions.
- Regularly review reporting, make recommendations for necessary changes and implement improvements.
- Effectively resolve roadblocks to collection of complete and accurate data and adoption of tools.
- Identify data integrity issues and lead cross functional efforts to develop processes to resolve discrepancies.
- Using data analysis methods, develop recommendations to leadership for improvements in reporting, KPI’s and risk management.

- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations (e.g., Power BI) to track KPIs and Strategic Sourcing performance.
- Conduct deep-dive trend and root cause analyses to identify improvement opportunities and support strategic decision-making.

Education & Certifications: Please note minimum and preferred requirements for education. This includes degree, specializations and certifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or Finance; MBA a plus.
- Minimum of seven years of analytical experience performing detailed analyses.
- Experience in defining, scoping and implementing projects.
- Advanced knowledge of SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI along with experience in writing queries to access information from relational database management systems.
- Previous experience with SAP or Oracle a plus.
