We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to own and elevate our procurement activities within the HR and Recruitment Services category. In this role, you will be the driving force behind sourcing the talent-acquisition tools, staffing agencies, executive search firms, and background check vendors that fuel our global growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Category Management: Lead end-to-end procurement activities specifically for HR services, executive search, global staffing, and background check vendors.
  • Process Ownership: Seamlessly manage purchase requests, execute standardized procurement workflows, issue purchase orders (POs), and maintain pristine, organized data records.
  • Strategic Sourcing & Bidding: Support project bidding initiatives by coordinating comprehensive documentation, preparing analytical reports, and aligning stakeholder requirements.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive market research and data analysis on the global staffing and HR tech industries to identify trends, benchmark costs, and drive informed, cost-effective procurement decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with HR, recruitment teams, and legal counsel to ensure compliance, efficient sourcing, and seamless onboarding of third-party vendors.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 3+ years of relevant procurement or strategic sourcing experience (experience specifically buying HR, staffing, or corporate services is highly preferred)
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Business Administration, HR, or a related field preferred.
  • Technical Savvy: Highly proficient in enterprise tools, particularly advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables), ERP systems, and Office Automation (OA) platforms.
  • Core Competencies: Strong analytical capabilities, independent problem-solving skills, and a collaborative team-player mindset.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills. High professional integrity, adaptability, and a proactive, positive attitude.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is preferred to effectively collaborate with our global cross-border teams and stakeholders.
