About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Procurement Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across Strategic Sourcing, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Extended Workforce, Travel & Expense, Corporate Card, Risk, Legal, Finance, and Enterprise Technology teams.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure from ambiguity, driving large-scale transformation initiatives, and partnering with stakeholders across all levels of the organization. You'll help shape the future of Procurement by improving processes, implementing scalable solutions, and leveraging automation and AI to drive efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end procurement transformation programs across sourcing, purchasing, workforce management, T&E, procurement systems, and operational workflows.
- Partner with Procurement, Finance, Legal, Risk, Security, Privacy, and Technology teams to drive strategic initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Build and manage project plans, roadmaps, milestones, risks, dependencies, and executive-level communications.
- Translate business requirements into scalable processes, workflows, controls, reporting solutions, and system enhancements.
- Drive process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Support testing, rollout planning, training, change management, and organizational adoption efforts.
- Develop executive-ready reporting and provide visibility into project health, risks, and business impact.
- Leverage data, analytics, and AI-driven solutions to help Procurement scale effectively.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Procurement Operations, Strategic Sourcing, Consulting, Process Transformation, or related fields.
- Proven success leading complex cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Experience translating business requirements into operational processes, systems, or technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, purchasing, finance, legal, risk, or operational workflows.
- Experience partnering closely with technology teams to design and implement scalable solutions.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and evolving environments.
Preferred Experience
- Procurement and enterprise platforms such as Zip, Oracle, OneTrust, Navan, Brex, VNDLY, Salesforce, or similar technologies.
- Change management, enablement, training, and organizational adoption initiatives.
- Process automation, analytics, and AI-driven operational improvements.
