Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare technology sector, is seeking a Procurement Onboarding Analyst to join their team. As a Procurement Onboarding Analyst, you will be part of the Procurement & Supply Chain department supporting the global supplier onboarding initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Procurement Onboarding Analyst

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $25.00/HR + Benefits

Contract Duration: 6+ Months W2 Contract (intention of long term), NO C2C!

Job Functions:

  • Support the onboarding of suppliers into new procurement systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate supplier master data onboarding and historical data cleansing.
  • Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and documenting onboarding workflows and technology support processes.
  • Prepare clear and effective communications, readiness materials, and FAQs for suppliers to ensure smooth onboarding experiences.
  • Track onboarding progress, generate reports, and provide insights to support continuous improvement efforts.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in supplier onboarding, procurement operations, or related areas.
  • Experience with procurement platforms such as Ariba, Graphite, Coupa, or similar.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
