Title: Corporate Procurement Manager / Procurement Systems Manager

Salary: $120,000 - $130,000/year + 20% annual bonus

Location: HYBRID, Scottsdale, 4 days in office

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

A Fortune 300 company in the Phoenix area is hiring a Corporate Procurement Manager focused on data, systems, and reporting within their procurement function. This is a hands-on seat that sits at the intersection of procurement operations and the data and tools that power it. You'll own the integrity of procurement data flowing through Oracle Fusion Cloud, build and maintain reporting that procurement leadership and executive stakeholders rely on, and drive the kind of process and system improvements that turn a procurement function from reactive to proactive.

The team is investing heavily in their analytics and reporting capabilities, and this role is central to that build out. If you've spent your career inside Oracle Fusion procurement modules, can write SQL against enterprise data warehouses, and want to be the person who makes spend visibility actually work, this is the seat.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day data integrity of the procurement system of record in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, including supplier master data, item master, contracts, and transactional data across source to pay
• Build, maintain, and govern reports and dashboards using OTBI, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and BI Publisher
• Write SQL queries against Snowflake, Denodo, and other enterprise data sources to support ad hoc analysis and recurring reporting
• Execute data loads, migrations, and bulk updates using FBDI (File-Based Data Import)
• Partner with IT, analytics, and integration teams on system enhancements, configuration changes, and downstream data flows
• Standardize how procurement data is captured, validated, and used across the business
• Support sourcing, contract, and spend analysis efforts with reliable, well-structured data
• Lead and develop one to two analysts on the team, providing technical mentorship and prioritization
• Partner with procurement leadership on executive-level reporting, KPIs, and spend visibility initiatives

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or procurement systems experience
• Hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP experience within procurement, sourcing, or source to pay modules (required)
• Proficiency writing SQL against large enterprise datasets
• Working experience with Snowflake
• Working experience with Denodo or similar data virtualization tools
• Hands-on FBDI experience for data loads, migrations, and bulk updates
• Advanced Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders

Preferred

• Report development experience in OTBI, Oracle Analytics Cloud, or BI Publisher
• 2+ years leading or mentoring analysts or junior team members
• Contract management exposure
• CPM, CPSM, Six Sigma, or Lean Six Sigma certification
• Track record of process standardization or procurement transformation initiatives
• Prior experience inside a Fortune 500 or similarly complex enterprise environment
