Job Title: Process Engineering Specialist- Metals

Job Summary
We are seeking a Process Engineering Specialist to support and improve operations across multiple manufacturing locations. This role focuses on process consistency, product quality, and operational efficiency. The engineer will partner closely with site teams to solve complex technical challenges, establish best practices, and support training and long-term capability development within manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and standardize manufacturing practices to improve process stability, efficiency, and material yield
- Provide technical expertise for metal processing
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and drive targeted process improvements
- Support resolution of complex process or quality issues that extend beyond site-level resources
- Improve metal quality and consistency through defect reduction and process control initiatives
- Partner with manufacturing teams to enhance workflow, setup times, and overall operational performance
- Support training and technical development of operators, engineers, and manufacturing personnel
- Benchmark internal and external processes to identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Contribute to long-term knowledge sharing and technical capability within manufacturing operations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline
- Experience supporting manufacturing or process improvement initiatives in industrial environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work across multiple sites
- Willingness to travel regularly (approximately 25-50%), including potential international travel
