Process Improvement Engineer
$100-$120k basic + 10% bonus

We’re looking for a Process Improvement Engineer to play a key role in optimizing production performance, enhancing safety, and elevating product quality across our manufacturing operations.

What You’ll Do
• Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, efficiency, and throughput
• Analyze equipment, systems, and workflows to reduce costs and increase quality
• Partner with Production, Quality, Design Engineering, and Maintenance to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions
• Support development of new methods to improve product quality and process capability
• Lead improvement projects from concept through execution, including cost estimates and resource planning
• Evaluate materials, equipment, and vendors to support project success
• Track project progress, report key metrics, and compare actual vs. estimated costs
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and industry best practices
What You Bring
• 5–10 years of experience as a Manufacturing or Process Engineer
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• Experience with PLCs, machine tools, batch processing, and CAD (AutoCAD/SolidWorks)
• Strong Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement background
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to conduct time studies and troubleshoot production issues
• Knowledge of SAP and ISO‑9000 is a plus
