Overview
The Pediatric Care Coordinator (Non‑Nurse) supports practice transformation and population health initiatives for Northwest Arkansas Pediatrics under the guidance of clinic leadership. Reporting to the Programs Manager, this role serves as a development partner and subject matter resource for the care team, guiding staff toward quality improvement goals through education, training, and workflow enhancement. Core duties include comprehensive chart reviews to identify care gaps, support accurate clinical documentation, and use data‑driven insights to ensure alignment with quality benchmarks, program requirements, and best practices while consistently representing the clinic’s mission, values, and professional standards. This role acts as a dedicated resource for the team, utilizing data-driven insights from patient records to ensure consistent alignment withquality improvement goalsand program compliance.

Robinson and Terry Payton founded the Northwest Arkansas Pediatric Clinic in 1983 to provide comprehensive care for children from infancy to adolescence. Today, NWAP has 20 board certified pediatricians on staff and locations in Fayetteville and Pinnacle Hills.
