Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Per Diem
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Every Other Weekend Required

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a per diem day shift opportunity at a long-term care facility in North Haledon, NJ. This role is ideal for LPNs who value consistency, teamwork, and delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Ability to work 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM shifts
- Availability to work every other weekend
- Strong medication administration and clinical assessment skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to quality resident care
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Prior experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or subacute settings
- Experience collaborating with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Familiarity with EMR systems used in long-term care environments
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and care plans
- Monitor, assess, and document changes in resident condition
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Support residents with professionalism, patience, and compassion
