A little about this gig:

Agility Partners is seeking a PAM Analyst to support a high-impact engagement with a banking client in a highly regulated environment. This role sits within a mature Privileged Access Management (PAM) program and is critical to safeguarding sensitive systems and data. You will play a hands-on role in enforcing secure access practices, partnering closely with infrastructure, security, and application teams to strengthen overall cybersecurity posture. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in operational security and wants direct visibility into enterprise-level IAM/PAM tools and compliance processes.

  • Execute daily PAM operations including onboarding, provisioning, and deprovisioning of privileged accounts
  • Manage and fulfill privileged access requests in alignment with least privilege and time-bound access controls
  • Administer password vaulting, credential rotation, and account lifecycle processes
  • Monitor PAM alerts, investigate anomalies, and resolve access-related incidents
  • Support internal and external audits by performing access reviews, gathering evidence, and maintaining thorough documentation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent enforcement of access policies and security standards

The ideal candidate:

  • 4+ years of experience in Privileged Access Management, Identity & Access Management (IAM), or cybersecurity operations
  • Hands-on experience with PAM platforms such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of least privilege principles, access control models, and credential management best practices
  • Experience supporting audits, compliance initiatives, and regulatory standards (financial services exposure preferred)
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional technical teams in a fast-paced, enterprise environment

Reasons to love it:

  • Opportunity to contribute to a well-established PAM program within a highly regulated banking environment
  • Hands-on exposure to industry-leading IAM/PAM tools and enterprise cybersecurity practices
  • High-visibility role with direct impact on protecting critical systems and sensitive data
  • Collaborative environment with strong cross-functional engagement across security and infrastructure teams
  • Exposure to compliance, audit processes, and regulatory frameworks that enhance long-term career growth in cybersecurity
