Private Family Office Accounting Manager

This role directly supports the CFO in all day-to-day accounting and treasury functions for a multi-entity high net wealth Family Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the general ledgers and journal entries for Trusts and Investment LLC's
  • Responsible for all month end close reporting and financial reporting
  • Responsible for reviewing all capital calls, distributions, and wire transfers
  • Monthly investment reporting
  • Daily cash reporting
  • Various adhoc projects as assigned


Requirements:

  • 5+ years accounting experience; public accounting highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, CPA preferred
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal
