Private Credit Analyst - May 2026 Graduate

Job Description

YKTN is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Analyst - Loan Processing to join our Private Credit team. This individual will partner closely with both the Private Credit and Originations teams to assist with the loan process and ensure a smooth transition from origination to close. This role consists of working with investors and mortgage brokers to conduct comprehensive loan origination due diligence, including document collection, issue resolution, and regular status updates. Strong communication skills are essential, as this position requires consistent collaboration with internal team members and various external partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key vendors such as appraisal management companies, insurance agents, and title companies
• Manage an active pipeline of deals by maintaining organized deal checklists, tracking statuses, and ensuring files remain accurate and up to date
• Verify that loan files are complete and compliant with company lending guidelines prior to underwriting review
• Oversee and track pre-closing requirements and checklists
• Coordinate and execute loan closings with borrowers, title companies, and internal stakeholders
• Confirm that all closing conditions are satisfied prior to funding

Qualifications

• Recent graduate located in the Dallas area with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields
• (0-1) years' experience in loan processing, closing, or loan operations
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple internal teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
