The Role

Seeking a junior-to-mid-level Associate to join the firm's San Francisco office. You will be joining a collaborative, cross-office team that defends global brands in their most critical moments: consumer class actions, mass arbitrations, and high-stakes government enforcement actions.

What You’ll Do

• Shape Strategy: Take a hands-on role in every phase of a matter.
• Sophisticated Motion Practice: Draft and lead dispositive motions.
• Master the Discovery Process: Work directly with client witnesses and technical

experts to navigate the data-heavy discovery requirements of 21st-century litigation.

• Navigate the Courts: Manage matters across California’s federal and state courts and

arbitration proceedings.

The Ideal Profile

• Experience: At least two years of civil litigation experience.
• Major Plus: While a technical background or prior privacy experience (BIPA, CCPA,

TCPA) is a major plus, a "litigation-first"; mindset and the ability to learn new statutes

quickly are what matter most.
