A02 Print/Mail/Scan Production Associate

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite print room-based services to client staff in the areas of Print, Copy and Scan by utilizing the Xerox devices located in the Xerox print room along with various pieces of Finishing Equipment, for binding, guillotining and folding of printed/copied materials
  • Provide 1st level fix to print room and fleet devices including the clearing of paper jams, replacing consumables and troubleshooting printing issues. Drive toward the delivery of contractual services and expansion of non-contractual services thus contributing to the Xerox business targets and plans
  • Provide Document processing Services as required e.g. – hybrid mail i.e., scanning inbound/outbound post etc.
  • Provision of ad hoc tasks & services, e.g., print procurement
  • Activity Reporting – track through to process completion all print/scan/mail tasks as above for reporting and audit purposes

Device Maintenance:

  • Operate and maintain print room devices
  • Provide 1st-level break-fix across fleet
  • Management Reporting:
  • Ensure accuracy of job submission & tracking details through to job completion
  • Customer Satisfaction reporting for Management Information production
  • Stock Control: full stock management of consumables, folders, stationery, paper, etc. Liaising with the team to ensure stationery levels and paper stock orders are placed as required to ensure SLA’s are met, including: Storage
  • Stock takes
  • Supplies ordering process
  • Client Relations: as the first point of contact, ensure all job submissions are fully understood - including timelines - and expectations are clearly defined through to job completion notification to end customer, negotiating and agreeing changes as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work with DCA onsite to Develop and maintain good working relations with Key Customer Contacts and highlight any risks/opportunities within the contract to SDM and/or CSE
  • Support Account development by identifying opportunities for growth and introduction of additional services e.g. external print procurement

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Proven ability to work under pressure handling multiple tasks to ensure timely completion of all activities
  • Basic computer skills including the ability to use Microsoft Office Applications (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) Outlook, Adobe Acrobat etc.
  • Health and Safety awareness and compliance
  • Ability to work independently on own initiative whilst fostering teamwork in order to achieve desired results
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond to changing priorities
  • Able to be on your feet 80% of the time
  • Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • The ability to analyze issues and to find resolution to problems by using a rational, systematic approach
  • Proven track record in Customer Services environment with strong customer centric focus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
