Principal / Senior Power Electronics Engineer

Compensation: $125K–$165K
Join an established engineering organization developing advanced power conversion products for demanding industrial, energy, and defense applications.
This hands-on role will lead the design and development of AC-DC (to 3kW) and DC-DC (to 1kW) power conversion solutions from concept through production, including schematic design, prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, and product validation.
Candidates should possess a BSEE/MSEE (or similar) and 5–10+ years of experience designing high-performance power electronics, with strong expertise in analog circuit design, magnetics, power supply architecture, PCB layout, and power conversion systems.
Experience developing reliable products for highly regulated or rugged operating environments is highly desirable.
US citizenship or US Permanent Resident (Green Card) required.
