Our client is a high-growth strategy boutique that has carved out a significant reputation for delivering high-impact Commercial Due Diligence and growth strategy projects for mid-market private equity funds. Following a period of sustained growth, they are looking to appoint a Principal / Senior Manager to join their leadership team in Boston.
This is a pivotal hire for the firm. As the third most senior person in the organisation, you will work directly alongside the Founder and CEO, not only leading complex engagements but also playing a direct role in the continued building and scaling of the firm.
The Role This position is designed for a delivery-focused leader who enjoys the pace of the mid-market. You will be responsible for leading the execution of CDD and strategy workstreams, typically operating on rapid 2-to-4-week project cycles. While there is a clear expectation for business development and engagement scoping, the role remains heavily weighted toward delivery and the mentorship of a high-performing associate team.
