Principal New Product Development Engineer - On-site role in Dallas
Own major product development projects from concept to launch, define product architectures, and champion design reviews and standards adoption. Develops industry leading residential and light commercial HVAC equipment through, but not limited to, the use of Computer Aided Engineering procedures such as 1D and 2D simulations, CFD, FEA, 2D and 3D designs. Development leadership continues through prototyping, test method development, process improvements, data quality protocols, field trials, documentation of designs and safe production launch procedures. Mentoring of junior engineers and technicians is also expected.
