Role Overview

Lead the design and development of advanced power electronics systems, ensuring robust architecture, performance, and delivery across projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define system architecture and design methodologies
  • Lead control strategies, EMC, and functional safety compliance
  • Provide technical leadership across complex programs
  • Build strong customer relationships and support business development
  • Develop technical standards, tools, and best practices
  • Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence


Candidate Profile

  • Strong experience in power electronics system design and delivery
  • Expertise in control systems, EMC, and multi-domain simulation
  • Proven leadership in technical program delivery
  • Experience with safety-critical systems and hardware validation
  • Degree with significant relevant industry experience
