Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical/Electronics, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline is required; a Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 10 years of hands-on engineering experience within complex and high-performance technical environments.
Solid foundation in core engineering concepts, system architecture, manufacturing processes, and applicable industry standards; prior experience in aerospace is highly desirable.
Proven track record of leading engineering initiatives, including technical project execution, in-depth analysis, and full product lifecycle development.
Strong familiarity with continuous improvement frameworks and established engineering best practices.
Proficient in using engineering tools, data analysis platforms, and project management systems to drive results.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical information, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective, scalable solutions.
Excellent communication skills with the capability to translate technical concepts for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing junior engineers or cross-functional team members.
Highly analytical with strong decision-making skills, capable of operating independently and solving problems in ambiguous or data-limited environments.
