Not RequiredCollins Aerospace is looking for an experienced Principal Design Quality Assurance Electrical Engineer who is interested in applying their technical skills and experiences and working together with others to achieve excellence in design and efficient lifecycle execution as part of our Avionics Design Assurance Center (DAC) team in Melbourne, Florida or Cedar Rapids, IA.This position is responsible for working closely with engineering teams to provide quality-focused technical and process oversight of Systems and Hardware/ASIC/FPGA product developments throughout their lifecycle.
As a DAC Engineer, you will help ensure designs meet quality expectations, as well as customer, regulatory, and other requirements.
To be successful in this position will require strong technical background on Systems/Hardware/AirborneElectronic Hardware (AEH) and a passion for quality, continuous process improvement as well as the ability to build rapport with the engineering project teams to influence adoption of engineering best practices.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
