  • Proficiency in cell sequencing logic and interlocking design for complex process systems
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals applied to controls environments
  • Ability to design adaptable architectures in environments where process requirements are still being defined
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments with mechanical, electrical, and process engineering teams
  • Excellent technical documentation skills, including architecture diagrams, design standards, and integration specifications

Position Details:

  • Architect the full-stack Balance of Plant control system, including hardware, software, and network layers
  • Design and implement Level 2 SCADA architecture for process monitoring, control, and operator interface
  • Develop Level 3 historian and batch manager integration for data capture, trending, and process record management
  • Lead PLC-to-DCS migration, including sequencing logic, interlocking design, and cell-level control structure
  • Define and own cell sequencing and interlocking frameworks that support ongoing recipe and process development
  • Collaborate with process engineers to accommodate evolving recipe requirements within a stable control architecture
