Principal AI Architect


Responsibilities


• Will be a strategic partner for a regional client division; helping them shape commercial strategies based on robust analytics, a data-driven insights,also would need to collaborate seamlessly with other functional teams

• Design, facilitate and manage GenAI use-cases and solutions to provide business relevant outcomes at pace

• Create realistic and actionable implementation plan for building GenAI use-cases across commercial analytics practice

• Drive innovation through state-of-the-art LLM integration and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) strategies using Dataiku and modern AIframeworks

• Experience with LLM Mesh, RAG pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, and integration

• Build applications powered by LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, etc.) using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and related GenAI frameworks.

• Implement RAG pipelines with vector DBs (Pinecone, FAISS, pgvector, ChromaDB) for grounding LLM responses with internal knowledge

• Develop multimodal AI solutions (text, audio, image) and build autonomous agents where relevant.

• Continuously improve model reliability, relevance by tuning prompt flows

• Deploy GenAI models on AWS/GCP/Azure using services like SageMaker, Bedrock, Vertex AI

• Ideate and design innovative solution frameworks aligning to market trends and technological innovations. Translating healthcare clients' businessneeds into technical solutions meeting user needs and business goals

• POC building, go to market strategy building by application of AI/Gen AI use cases wherever applicable. Integrate large language models (LLMs),computer vision, or other AI/ML techniques into business solutions.

• Proactively communicate, internally and externally with senior stakeholders within the team, ensuring that any issues / concerns are handled in a timely manner.

• Candidate should be a self-starter and be open to new learnings. Provide technical leadership/ mentorship to junior team members; groom them for additional responsibilities.

• Collaborate with other members within the team to innovate through automation / new ideas / capabilities / tools.

• Strong thought leadership and strategic thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify business issues/opportunities and to frame businessquestions

• Consultative problem-solving approach, customer orientation, and strong collaboration skills

• Exceptional analytical skills with demonstrated experience extracting valuable insights from complex data-sets

• Ability to work on commercial analytics, business analytics and intelligence, advance analytics

• Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, LLaMA, etc.), vector databases, and GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).

• Proficiency in Python, pyspark and/or Java/JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), especially AI-related services.

• Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular) and backend APIs.

• Pharma and Healthcare domain understanding is a good to have

• Primary Skill: Proficient in Dataiku LLM mesh and RAG approaches

• Sub Skill(s): AI/ML Development

• Additional Skill(s): TensorFlow, NLP, Pytorch, GenAI Fundamentals

Compensation & Benefits Transparency Statement


Salary Range: $80-$100/hour

The compensation range displayed reflects the full span of pay across all of our U.S. geographic pay areas and experience levels. Your actual base salary offer will be determined based on multiple factors, including:

  • Geographic Pay Area (US 1 through US 5, reflecting cost‑of‑labor differences)
  • Experience & Qualifications relevant to the role
  • Internal Equity alignment with employees in similar roles and levels


What This Means for You

  • The minimum of the posted range represents the starting point for candidates in the lowest cost‑of‑labor pay areas (US 5).
  • The maximum of the posted range represents the upper threshold for candidates in the highest cost‑of‑labor pay areas (US 1 / US 2).
  • Candidates are aligned to pay areas based on their primary work location.

This role is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage; life and disability insurance; a 401(k)-retirement plan; seven (7) sick leave days, vacation paid time off, and paid holidays; all in accordance with Company plans.
