About the Role

ANH Montessori is seeking a thoughtful, grounded Primary Guide to lead a 3–6 classroom. We are looking for someone who deeply respects the child, values authentic Montessori practice, and is committed to fostering independence, concentration, and a peaceful classroom community.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain a calm, orderly, and beautiful Montessori environment
• Guide children through individualized work cycles with respect and intention
• Observe each child closely and respond to their developmental needs
• Foster independence, social awareness, and intrinsic motivation
• Build strong, respectful relationships with families
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the school community

Qualifications

• MACTE-recognized Montessori Primary (3–6) certification required
• Experience working in a Montessori classroom (preferred)
• Strong observation skills and a calm, grounded presence
• Clear and respectful communication with children, families, and staff
• A genuine commitment to authentic Montessori practice
