This role requires a proactive approach to scheduling, quality control, and administrative duties, ensuring services consistently meet client and company standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Logistics & Field Operations Assistant, you will be essential in keeping the operations running smoothly. Duties will include:
Field Crew Management Support:
Assist in the day-to-day management and coordination of field crews, acting as the primary point of contact for assignments and logistics.
Help withscheduling and assignmentsto ensure optimal efficiency and resource allocation across multiple projects.
Operational Oversight & Quality Control:
Monitor crew progress and confirmarrival and work completionagainst project requirements and deadlines.
Provide essentialquality controlchecks on submitted work (photos, documentation) to maintain high service standards before final submission to clients.
Documentation & Compliance:
Ensure all necessarypaperwork and documents(work orders, reports, photos) are submitted completely and accurately, adhering strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Assist in managing job-relatedinvoicingand documentation flow.
Communication & Customer Service:
Maintain professional and timelycommunication with clientsregarding assignment status, completion, and any necessary updates.
Provide excellentcustomer serviceto internal teams and external clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Self-Management:Provenability to self-manageworkflow, prioritize tasks effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Learning Orientation:A strongwillingness to learnnew processes, systems, and property preservation industry standards quickly.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficient user ofMicrosoft Office Products(especially Excel and Word) for documentation and reporting.
Experience and proficiency withGoogle Workspace/Suite(Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar) for collaboration and communication.
Attention to Detail:Exceptional focus on detail and accuracy in scheduling, documentation, and quality assurance.
Communication Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for professional correspondence with clients and field staff.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $18.00 Per Hour
