Location: This is a full-time, on-site position in O’Fallon, Illinois at an employer-based clinic with a consistent weekday schedule.
Note: To be considered, candidates must be a licensed NP or PA in Illinois with 3+ years of family practice or primary care experience and be comfortable with two weekly shifts ending at 7:00 PM.

Job Description
- Provide comprehensive primary care services in an on-site employer-based clinic
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Perform routine physicals, preventive care visits, and follow-up appointments
- Order, review, and interpret labs and other diagnostic testing as appropriate
- Prescribe medications and treatment plans within scope of practice
- Educate patients on conditions, medications, preventive care, and wellness goals
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the EMR
- Collaborate with the supervising physician and care team to ensure high-quality patient care
- Support a clinic culture centered on patient experience, engagement, and outcomes
- Help deliver broad-scope, relationship-based care in a non-fee-for-service environment
Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Illinois
- 3+ years of family practice or primary care experience
- DEA registration or ability to obtain
- Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
- Experience with EMR systems
- Comfortable working independently in an employer-based clinic setting
- OSHA and workplace health knowledge preferred
- Training, coaching, or workflow management experience is a plus
