Position Summary

Family Medicine Saint Francis, part of Saint Francis Hospital, is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant to support continued primary care expansion and access initiatives across the Delaware market.

Family Medicine Saint Francis offers a range of services, including general primary care, management of acute and chronic illnesses, and preventive health screenings. In addition to general internal medicine, the center provides specialized care, and a multitude of specialties.

Qualifications

· NP or PA from an accredited institution

· Eligible for Delaware licensure

· Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care

Role Responsibilities

· Provide comprehensive primary care for patients across the lifespan

· Diagnose acute and chronic conditions

· Emphasize preventive care and population health management

· Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

· Maintain timely and accurate documentation

· Participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives

Schedule & Call

· Full-time schedule (36 patient-facing hours)

· Flexible scheduling options available

· On-call responsibilities (1:3 call schedule), phone-only
