We are seeking a detail-oriented Pricing Operations Analyst to support pricing strategy, data analysis, and operational execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong analytical skills, and is highly proficient in Excel. You will work cross-functionally with finance, sales, and operations teams to ensure pricing accuracy and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update pricing models, tools, and databases
- Analyze pricing data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities
- Support pricing strategy through data-driven insights and reporting
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of pricing across systems and platforms
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement pricing updates
- Generate regular and ad hoc reports on pricing performance
- Assist in process improvements and automation initiatives
- Audit pricing data to ensure compliance with internal policies
Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
- Advanced formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH)
- Pivot tables and data analysis
- Data cleaning and manipulation
- 1–3 years of experience in pricing, finance, data analysis, or operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with pricing tools or ERP systems
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Basic SQL knowledge is a plus
- Experience in a high-growth or fast-paced environment
