✅ A Shift: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (+ weekends during peak)
✅ B Shift: Sunday – Thursday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (+ weekends during peak)
➕ Shift Differential: +$0.50/hour (B Shift)

PrideNow is seeking experienced Press Technicians to support maintenance and operation of advanced digital printing equipment in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
This opportunity is ideal for technical professionals who enjoy troubleshooting equipment, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous production operations.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
▪ Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on high-speed production equipment
▪ Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic systems
▪ Support equipment startups, upgrades, and installations
▪ Maintain service documentation and spare-parts inventory
▪ Respond to production downtime and resolve technical issues quickly
▪ Rebuild major components and optimize machine performance
▪ Collaborate with operators and technical teams to improve equipment reliability
▪ Assist with machine operation during peak production periods
✅ Qualifications
✔ 2+ years of industrial maintenance or equipment technician experience
✔ Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
✔ Experience with PLCs, sensors, servo/stepper motors, or automated systems preferred
✔ Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools
✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Digital printing equipment maintenance experience
• Technical certifications or specialized equipment training
• Background supporting high-volume production operations
