Fabricator – Press Brake / Laser Operator (Full‑Time | Direct Hire)

• Operate fabrication equipment including laser cutters, press brakes, saws, and other CNC machinery
• Start most jobs at the saw and transition to additional fabrication tasks as needed
• Monitor cut quality, hole quality, and overall part accuracy
• Adjust machine settings and nesting techniques to improve quality and throughput
• Assist with Python‑based laser programs and .DXF file creation for parts and sheet nests
• Identify material types such as mild steel and stainless steel, including sheet, plate, tube, channel, and flat bar
• Support teammates on press brake, shear, and other shop equipment
• Perform occasional physical tasks such as kneeling, crouching, or reaching

• Fabrication or CNC machine operation experience OR
• Strong mechanical aptitude with willingness to be trained
• Ability to operate or learn laser and press brake equipment
• Understanding of materials, gauges, and fabrication processes
• High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Team player willing to support multiple areas of production

This is a Permanent position based out of Chaska, MN.

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
