Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Preschool Center Director to join the leadership team at their brand-new childcare center in Naples, FL. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), a genuine love for children, and a strong commitment to education.

• This is a Direct Hire position with the school
• Monday-Friday; year-round employment

Salary

• $60,000 - $70,000/year pending education, certifications, and professional Early Childhood Education experience
• Up to $10,000 annual bonus based on specified metrics

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of the school, specifically focusing on educational programming, special events and activities, managing budget/finances, relationship building, quality assurance related to health & safety, and faculty onboarding, training & development
• Use a growth mindset to train, coach, and develop the school for the future
• Develop strong relationships with our families
• Comply with state childcare licensing regulations
• Project a positive and upbeat attitude while working in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to serve in various roles as needed
• Ability to maintain accurate and up to date records

Qualifications

• REQUIRED Education: Bachelors degree
• REQUIRED Leadership Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Director in a licensed childcare center or preschool with at least 130 enrolled students and at least 20 employees
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations
