Responsibilities:

  • Handle case management from inception to completion, finding ethical solutions to legal matters and staying informed about any current legislation and case law
  • Provide legal support/guidance to clients while building trustworthy client relationships
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers
  • Cover PIP recorded statements and PIP Examinations Under Oath
  • Market firm services in the community and as otherwise required


Requirements:

  • A JD degree and Florida bar, with no disciplinary or malpractice history
  • Three to five years of legal experience
  • A genuine interest in the personal injury field
  • A Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
  • Superior oral and written advocacy skills


Bonus Experience:

  • Personal injury experience
  • Bilingual
