This is not a role for someone who managed an office as only one part of their responsibilities — we are looking for a dedicated Practice Manager with deep expertise in practice operations, team leadership, and business growth.

The right person will have proven experience in:
• Reading and analyzing P&L (Profit & Loss) reports to support smart business decisions
• Negotiating vendor contracts and managing business relationships effectively
• Driving practice growth through strategic marketing initiatives, including:
• Building a culture of accountability and high performance
• Hiring, onboarding, developing, and when necessary, terminating staff professionally and effectively
• Identifying growth and advancement opportunities for team members
• Creating and improving systems that support exceptional patient and staff experiences
