Job Overview
1. Be responsible for undertaking the Company's operation policy and operation system management requirements, formulating or undertaking and reaching the department's medium and long-term work plan and department's annual KPI, so as to ensure that the team or individual's work direction, work content and work quality meet the Company's management requirements
2. Be responsible for formulating or undertaking team personnel training plan, work quality evaluation and promotion plan and complying with relevant policies of the company or department, building a competitive and highly professional process quality control team, and achieving a good level of process quality control
3. Prepare departmental budgets and utilize departmental resources according to business needs, optimize resource allocation, improve resource utilization efficiency, and continuously reduce costs and increase efficiency in the process to meet the company's cost control requirements
4. Control the work direction and quality of the team or individual as a whole, correct the deviation in time, and coordinate resources to support the team or individual to achieve the work in time to ensure that the work quality of the team meets the requirements of the company
5. Be responsible for leading the team to create a good department culture and values, and promote the sense of belonging and identity of employees
6. Be responsible for undertaking all the work arranged by the group headquarters and superior leaders and completing the implementation
7. Assist the department manager to complete the department management work
8. Be fully responsible for the establishment and improvement of the process quality control system, and ensure the implementation of the management and control process system and effective operation feedback
9. Lead the team to identify process quality risks and hidden dangers (including but not limited to control points and control requirements identified in the group headquarters or procedure documents), confirm and record abnormal information, lead or follow up relevant departments to complete problem improvement, confirm improvement effect, prevent recurrence and ensure product process quality.
10. Be responsible for leading and promoting the implementation of digital and intelligent measures for quality management
11. Be responsible for the process and system optimization and implementation of on-site quality risk management and control, improve the quality and efficiency of on-site quality control, and promote the reduction of quality costs
12. Cooperate with other departments to improve production quality and customer satisfaction
13. Implement various rules and regulations and processes related to production
