They will report to the Associate Director of Postsecondary and Career Success and work out of the KIPP Northern California Regional Support Office (Oakland). This role requires the candidate to be on site at least three days a week.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a deep passion for social justice and educational equity for all children, and has a background in college advising, project management skills, as well as outstanding written and verbal communication skills. They must have a demonstrated interest in serving students from historically marginalized communities that have been systematically underserved and have a relentless dedication to supporting our students to and through their postsecondary programs.Preferred Qualifications

The KIPP Regional Support Office is currently operating in a hybrid fashion.
