Position SummaryThe Porter II supports construction crews through jobsite preparation, material management, and execution of basic repair and punch tasks. This role requires the ability to work independently on defined low-skill scopes while maintaining jobsite organization and supporting overall crew production.Core ResponsibilitiesPerform all Porter I responsibilities at a higher speed and consistency:Unit prep, trash-out, and jobsite cleanupMaterial staging and tool organizationIndependently complete basic tasks including:Paint prep and touch-upsMinor drywall patchingCaulking and basic finish workPunch list support itemsMaintain clean, safe, and production-ready job sitesAssist technicians and crew leads in maintaining workflow efficiencyLoad, unload, and transport materials as neededIdentify simple issues and complete fixes without escalationPerformance ExpectationsCompletes standard support tasks without supervisionExecutes basic repair and punch tasks with acceptable qualityMaintains strong attendance and reliabilityWorks with urgency and contributes to overall crew efficiencyDemonstrates readiness to transition into trade-focused workSkills & RequirementsRequired:Ability to perform full-day physical laborBasic familiarity with hand tools and jobsite tasksAbility to complete simple tasks independentlyReliable transportationPreferred:Prior experience in construction, maintenance, or labor rolesBasic exposure to painting, drywall, or finishing workInterest in advancing into a technician role recblid 4rl11ld1n8iellzsbg0412p2ywzg40
