Pool & Outdoor Living Sales Consultant

Carson Outdoor Living is a premium residential design-build company specializing in complete backyard transformations, including swimming pools, hardscaping, and outdoor kitchens, across the Omaha metro. We're growing and looking for a driven sales professional to join our team.

We're hiring an experienced sales consultant — not necessarily someone from the pool or landscape industry. If you know how to sell, build relationships, and close, we'll train you on our products, process, and the outdoor living space. What we can't teach is the hustle, the people skills, and the drive to own a pipeline.

The Role

You'll be the first point of contact for homeowners ready to invest in their outdoor space. From initial consultation through signed contract, you'll guide clients through the design and proposal process for pools, patios, outdoor kitchens, fire features, and full backyard renovations. This isn't order-taking — it's consultative selling with a premium product and real craftsmanship behind it.

What You'll Do

• Run in-home and on-site consultations with qualified leads
• Listen to what clients actually want, educate them on options, and present solutions that fit their property and budget
• Build proposals, manage your pipeline, and close
• Collaborate closely with our field and operations teams to ensure a seamless handoff from sale to build
• Represent Carson at events, home shows, and in the community

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience — residential, B2C, design-build, remodeling, or similar consultative selling backgrounds are a great fit. Pool and landscape experience is a plus but not required — we'll train you on the specifics.
• Comfortable with technology — we use HubSpot, BuilderTrend, and Google across our sales process
• Self-motivated, organized, and genuinely good with people
• You don't need to be an engineer, but you need to care about getting the details right
