YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS

In this role, you’ll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.

As the Pool Attendant, you are responsible for providing professional and quality service in a friendly and knowledgeable manner to members and their guests while maintaining a well organized pool entrance and surrounding areas.

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

• Assist members/guests with access and sign in at entrance gate
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for all members and guest
• Respond promptly to any member or guest request
• Maintain proper uniform, clean and polished appearance always with a positive attitude
• Fold, stock and supply fresh towels for all members and their guests
• Assist in locker room cleanliness
• Restock products at end of your shift
• Follow health and safety practices always
• Follow proper side work duties at start and end of shift
• Assist in laundering of pool towels
• Assist as needed in other duties as needed daily

Requirements

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED

• You have a High School diploma or are currently attending
• You have great customer service skills
• You are able to bend, squat, stand on your feet for several hours without sitting
• You are able to lift to 30lbs
• You are able to exert well-paced ability
• You are able to work in an outside climate

YOU’LL STAND OUT IF YOU BRING

• You have previous hospitality experience

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

• U.S. Work Authorization
