How you’ll make an impact in this role
  • Orchestrate comprehensive sleep studies by preparing both the patient and advanced diagnostic equipment to ensure a seamless, high-quality data collection process.
  • Guide the patient journey through empathetic interviewing and clear education, transforming clinical procedures into a comfortable and reassuring experience.
  • Monitor and safeguard patients in real-time, proactively intervening to address physiological needs or technical adjustments to maintain the integrity of the study.
  • Translate complex data into insights by scoring and interpreting sleep patterns, providing the clinical team with the critical information needed for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
  • Ensure diagnostic precision through the rigorous calibration and maintenance of sensitive lab equipment, guaranteeing that every study meets the highest technical standards.
What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • One or more of the following:
    • Cert Polysomnographic Tech credentialed from the Board of Registered Polysomnograhic Technologists (BRPT) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date.
    • Reg Polysomnographic Tchnlgst credentialed from the Board of Registered Polysomnograhic Technologists (BRPT) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
