Reporting to the Political Ops Manager, the Political Ops Campaign Specialist will combine political and policy analysis, quality assurance, project management, and cross-team coordination to ensure the successful execution of client campaigns. This role will exercise a high level of independent judgment and work directly with internal and external stakeholders to support Neptune’s advanced AI tools. The ideal candidate possesses a combination of experience in media campaigns, policy development, and technology, and thrives in a fast-paced, technology-forward, and client-facing startup environment.

This is a hybrid, full-time benefits eligible position. In person co-work time will be required in San Francisco. Candidates must be based in the San Francisco Bay area. Neptune Ops provides a robust suite of benefits including: discretionary time off, health, dental, vision, mental health, pet, and legal insurance as well as 401(k) match, sick time, holiday pay, and paid time off for bereavement and jury duty. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $90,000-105,000. Base compensation is determined by many factors including: geography, the candidate’s skills, experience, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, employees are eligible for our annual discretionary bonus program.
