**What You’ll Do:**
- Sandblast and polish metal surfaces.
- Apply plating and finishes.
- Prepare and stage parts for production.
- Use ERP/barcode systems to track work.
- Follow safety procedures and PPE guidelines.
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or GED.
- 6+ months in metal finishing, polishing, or similar.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Overtime flexibility.
