Full-Time Podiatrist (DPM) – Columbia, SC with some travel to Charleston

We’re hiring a Full-Time Podiatrist (DPM) to join our premier, multi-state mobile podiatry practice serving Long-Term Care (LTC) and nursing home facilities throughout the Columbia, SC area.

This Monday–Friday position offers a W2 employment model with full benefits and a schedule that typically wraps up by 3 PM each day!

Your Responsibilities:

As a mobile Podiatrist, you’ll provide comprehensive foot and ankle care to residents in LTC and skilled nursing facilities.

Typical duties include:

• Routine nail and skin care (debridement, callus trimming, etc.)
• Minor wound care and pressure ulcer management
• Diabetic foot exams and ongoing care
• Diagnosis and treatment of foot and ankle pathologies
• Patient education and documentation
• Collaborating with facility nursing and rehab teams to ensure quality outcomes

You'll see 30–40 patients per day across 2 local facilities (80–150 beds each), with no in-office admin burden.

What You’ll Need:

• Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) – Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Active South Carolina Medical License
• Active Medicare number
• Compassionate bedside manner and strong communication skills
