Job Description
The POC Assembler plays a key role in fine, hands-on assembly within a clean, fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position involves following detailed written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision, performing precise assembly tasks, troubleshooting basic issues, and participating in technical discussions related to product and POC assembly processes.

Work Environment
The role is based in a very clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility designed for comfort and consistency. All departments operate in dedicated lab or cleanroom areas, supporting high-quality, precision work. You will work around hand presses, small machines, and machine/human interfaces, performing standing and repetitive tasks for 8–10 hours per shift. The environment emphasizes organization, cleanliness, and adherence to structured processes, supporting both production and new product development activities.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Naperville, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
